The artist and architect Bruno Mitre mining presents his first solo exhibition titled''A Place...``, from today, on a gallery floor. In this exhibition, it brings together recent works andmost influential ideas of the deconstructionist movement, which embraced the arts and architecture in the late 1980s. The dialogue between art and architecture remainsintimately present in the paintings gathered. The works were divided into three series: ``Butterflies'',''Botany''`` and `` Tribute to Amilcar. Through these segments, MITREaddresses relations that guided the design of works and references to other artistsLeonardo da Vinci and Amilcar de Castro. In the center of the frames, geometric shapesunderscore the fragmentation and non-linear perspective that underlie the creative process. Through his works, the painter also suggests the question of the urban landscape, from a rereading of the spaces. More information on the script of this page.
