BDMG receive Mitre and Marques exhibition

The urbanity is a subject which also passes through two exhibitions that will open tonight at the Art Gallery of the Cultural BDMG. The exhibition presents works of artists Bruno Mitre and Marconi Marques.

Adept deconstructivist theory, developed by French philosopher Jacques Derrida, Bruno Mitre presents the series'' The Point, Line and deconstruction ``. Its main purpose is to promote exchange between the visual arts (painting), architecture (design) and literature (words). Through the technique that uses charcoal and acrylic on canvas or paper, it is of significant elements of the metropolis to represent them in the form of geometric figures, words and drawings are not linear. The intention is to present a particular view of contemporary society.

Marconi Marques will use primarily the floor to expose its facilities'' and `` object-painting. The main focus is the urban setting, often referred to the chaos, noise, colors, letters and advertising objects. Even with all these visual appeals, the artist identifies virile and poetic elements that appear in the streets of big cities and passersby.

Bruno Mitre 's degree in Fine Arts and Architecture . He was professor of painting Values Mine project. Marconi Marques is also formed part of the Arts and Kaza Empty group. Exhibited at Palace of Arts and the Federal University of Ouro Preto .
